2020 has been like no other, dealing with a global pandemic, disrupting life as we know it, restricting our basic freedoms which has forced upon us major changes beyond our control. But despite all that, we believe this has only made us stronger, more resilient and most importantly brought us closer to all that matters.
Working through this together, enduring hardships never experienced before in our lifetime has changed our way of life forever.
The way we live, conduct ourselves both personally and in business continues to bring about significant challenges for many of our customers, employees, contractors and the wider community.
It’s important to reflect on the past and put it behind us as we commence our descent in 2020 and look forward to 2021.
It has been an absolute rollercoaster ride for all and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our employees, contractors and customers for their support, commitment and dedication during the past year.
We kindly ask if you can advise us of any changes to your business opening and closing times during the Christmas and New Year period so we can avoid disruptions to your service. If you have any special requirements that you would like us to accommodate during this period, please let us know no later than Thursday 17/12/20.
In closing, we would like to advise our operating timeline throughout the Christmas and New Year Period and will have reduced staff levels across our network from Thursday 24th December 2020 till January 4th 2021.
